In a joint effort to improve access to medical care in remote communities of the Paraguayan Chaco, a tripartite agreement has been signed between the Paraguayan Air Force, the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare, and Quadriz Paraguay S.A.
This agreement solidifies a public-private alliance aimed at providing air medical transport services to vulnerable populations. In parallel, a similar agreement has been signed between the same public institutions and Investancia Paraguay S.A., reinforcing the private sector’s commitment to supporting this important initiative.

A key step toward accessible healthcare
Through this agreement, the parties formalize a shared goal: to ensure that residents of the Chaco region can access an effective emergency medical response system, particularly in areas where ground transportation is limited.
Social impact through sustainability
This initiative represents more than operational cooperation it stands as a tangible example of the positive social impact generated by carbon credits. Thanks to resources derived from sustainable projects, it becomes possible to finance services that directly contribute to the well-being of local communities.
For many families in the region, an emergency air transfer can be prohibitively expensive. This alliance ensures that vulnerable individuals receive essential medical support, reducing geographic and socioeconomic barriers to healthcare access.
A shared commitment
For Quadriz Paraguay S.A. and Investancia Paraguay S.A., this milestone reflects a significant achievement and a clear expression of their social purpose. While air medical services are normally operated by public institutions, this collaboration strengthens their capacity and expands their reach, benefiting one of Paraguay’s most remote regions.
This alliance reaffirms the commitment of all parties involved to work together for the well-being of the Paraguayan Chaco, demonstrating how cooperation between public and private sectors can deliver sustainable and inclusive solutions.
