The REDD+ projects we are carrying out in the Paraguayan Chaco provide us with stunning daily images of the majestic landscapes of the protected forests, as well as the diverse species that inhabit the region and the effort and dedication of our top-notch field team. We want to share these experiences with our audience.
Additionally, we will showcase unique images captured by our camera traps, which are part of a valuable visual archive documenting the Chaco fauna like never before. This archive includes endangered species that, thanks to our conservation efforts, can move freely and without threats in the areas where our projects are developed.
The REDD+ project “Green Heart of the Chaco” will have a prominent place on our page, as it represents Quadriz’s main conservation effort in the Paraguayan Chaco, specifically in Puerto Casado, Alto Paraguay. In total, 32,000 hectares of forest are being preserved, hosting many wildlife species.
This effort to preserve the natural environment of the Chaco not only aims to protect biodiversity but also to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining these ecosystems.
